In response to Mark's questions: perhaps a quick face to face chat might
help us all clarify the mission here, but meanwhile my thoughts would be:

Not quite; we'd like to have more sysadmin work - but are thinking of a

Charities/activist/pressure groups (of certain progressive kinds)

Probably a little/moderate amount; I think we see it as bread-and-butter
income, small but regular, certainly don't want to wind down
Do you or might you offer any combinations of server and sysadmin work
(eg a managed VPS)?
