[webarch-xen1] Downtime for a motherboard replacement

Hi

I'm sure you are aware of the on going problems we are having with the
physical server that your virtual server is running on.

We have replaced much of the RAM and one CPU but this hasn't solved the
problem, so we are going to shut the machine down for about 30 mins at
around 3pm today to replace the motherboard.

We apologise for the inconvenience and hope that this is going to solve
the problems we have been having.
