[webarch-xen1] Downtime for a motherboard replacement

Hi

I'm so sorry that the server was down for several hours longer than
expected. The replacement motherboard wouldn't work with the RAID card
until the BIOS was downgraded and it took a while to discover this.

We really hope that the problems we have been having will now be
resolved.
