Hi List,

* Canonicalized '$variable' string in static attributes are no longer
wrongly XML-encoded.

* The string: modifier now unescapes properly.

* Fixed a few documentation quirks

Thanks again for all the tests! The test suite is getting bigger and
better all the time, this is good :-)
