[Petal] DBI, Petal meta-templates and the CPAN namespace

Hi All,

For some time now, I have been promising this group a writeup on generating
Petal templates from a database schema.  I didn't want to present this
without some strong code to back it up with, but as I went along, the code
kept getting stronger and evolved into a module.  Now all I have to do is
figure out what to name it.

The original code started out as db2petal.pl  This soon became Db2Petal.pm.
Since this is an extension module built on top of DBI, I thought that maybe
it should go in the DBIx namespace.  Hence the current working title
DBIx::DBI2Petal.

Any comments or improvements?  Anyone who comes up with a better name gets a
free copy of the alpha software, complete with Artistic License ;-)
