[Pangloss] status update

Hi all,

I've been doing development work over the past 2 weeks, probably about
50% time on the OpenFrame toolkit that Pangloss will use (called
OpenFrame-WebApp), and 50% on Pangloss itself. Here's what I've
accomplished so far:

WebApp:
o	template loaders (inc. Petal) for openframe
o	generic User, Session & Error objects
o	very basic user obj + loading from REMOTE_USER

Pangloss:
     o	basic Pangloss objects:
		User/Language/Concept/Category/Term
o	User editor (yet to tie in templates)

Perl development has stagnated this week for 2 reasons: my sister
arrived from Canada (we'll be flat-hunting today), and I wanted to
start tackling the Petal templates before writing any more code. I'd
like to get the User editor working first in order to iron out any
unforeseen problems in the design.

My partner John will be helping out with the HTML templates. Yesterday
we did storyboarding of the web pages needed to implement the
functional spec, and we've coded up an example search page (which is
based on 'translations.html' posted previously by Jean-Michel). John
will work on the others today.

I've made 2 CVS snapshots available for people to look over:
