Finished the migration to the StoreManager system and started looking
at the query interface again.

Best regards,

Tuesday

Completed testing for the initial drafts of the store manager systems
and coverage tests for StoreManagerFactory. The manager types are
still not fully implemented but do everything the original system did
with much better scope for extension. Created a new set of "cat and
dog" test case documents to verify the interpretation of the query
syntax in the HttpQuery servlet.

Wednesday

Created convenience start-up scripts for Tomcat 5 on Windows. Created
a new QueryBuilderTag that will provide dynamic, extensible search
interface. Made various additions to AbstractMKDocServlet for utility
functions. Added a basic JSP tag library to deploy the new tag and
did some manual testing and correction. Basically working with some
refinement of the field selection scheme required.
