I spent this week consolidating the refactor from week 29, polishing 
some of the new store manager classes. Nothing terribly exiting to 
report.

Tuesday

Updated existing unit tests to complete the coverage of refactored 
SAX and JSpider plugin classes. Added coverage test for 
AbstractFileSystemManager with MockFileSystemManager. Added 
com.mkdoc.store package to coverage tests.  

Wednesday

Added coverage tests for AbstractRepositoryManager with 
MockRepositoryManager and minor amendments to 
AbstractFileSystemManagerTest and XhtmlStoreWriterPluginTest. 
Completed coverage tests for HtmlFileSystemSubjectManager and minor 
amendments to AbstractFileSystemManagerTest. First draft test suite 
for LocalRepositorySubjectManager. Modified the store manager 
interfaces to throw StoreException on all methods and adapted test 
cases as necessary.  

Friday 
~~~~~~ 
Extended tests for MetaStoreWriterTest and AbstractFileSystemManager 
to cover new StoreException scheme. Completed coverage tests on 
LocalRepositorySubjectManager. Completed coverage tests for 
TripleFileSystemSubjectManager. Introduced a common purgeDocumentFile 
method to the abstract superclass.
