Just a quick catch-up on last week.

After opening the topic up for discussion, the Open RDF project
leader agreed to modify the Sesame code base to work around a long-
standing GCJ bug with wildcard import statements. I have yet to
incorporate the amended source, but this should permit full
compilation of Sesame and MKSearch with GCJ.

Apache Tomcat is being packaged with Fedora Core 4 and should be
released as a JPackage distribution around the same time.

Monday
~~~~~~
Created a set of test documents for the e-GMS encoding scheme and
filled in some omissions from the standard element set. Also added
the omitted YesNo encoding to the UKeGMS Schema class. All tested
successfully with the new XhtmlTripleWriterPlugin. Did some research
and testing on a suitable reification scheme for Dublin Core metadata
in HTML links with rel attributes.
Tuesday
~~~~~~~
Refactored the JSpider plugin class hierarchy to better layer various
common functionality and make it easier to subclass. Also re-
structured various test classes to the new plugin scheme and added
new mock types to test the abstract implementations. Created a first
draft XhtmlStoreWriterPlugin to write to a Sesame repository.
