[webarch-xen1] Problems with virtual servers keeping time

Hi

Just to let you know that we still haven't solved the time keeping
problem, but we also haven't forgotten about it and that a better
work-around than using rdate is to install chrony, on a debian server:

  sudo apt-get install chrony
