I just realized - there are no links to support tools in the new site https://webarch-dev.host1.webarch.net <https://webarch-dev.host1.webarch.net/>
eg. 
Home —> Support —> ticketing system
Home —> Support —> forum (is there a forum?)

Where should they go?

Personally, I think a support tool link should be prominent.
