[webarch-websites] justification for higher pricing

Had meeting today, in summary the pricing proposal is quite a big 
one-off jump (50% on packages; and some re-design of packages) so the 
decision was it is only right to take this decision to the annual 
general meeting - which will probably be in June.

Therefore we shouldn't hold up the website, it should be launched with 
the existing prices, I think that's the conclusion-someone correct me if 
I'm wrong :)
