I have restructured the site and created a simple homepage. It's not complete, but it is getting closer to the final version. 

What is your opinion of the text and menu layout?  

Don't take the look'n'feel of the site too seriously. Mark Nielsen has kindly offered to make this site look like million dollars later in the project.
