Yes we have some like this, there are a few clients inherited from
Ecohost that do have reseller agreements and the ability to create their
own sites using ISPConfig and reduced rates.

We haven't set anything like this up for Webarchitects but it is
something we should sort out in terms of pricing and also technically
how to do it for all the various services.
