[webarch-websites] Another idea for the website?

SORRY to keep sticking in random ideas for the website - I'll stop after 
this ...

I came across the atached graphic on a website "Call a human" and 
thought it looked welcoming, and I liked the wording, something similar 
for ours/our services?. If we don't want our faces online we could use 
cartoons (I could do that) if you think it worthwhile ... and obviously 
put "Email a human" preferably.

Any thoughts?
