[Petal] Petal 2.02 Released

Hi List,

I have been changing (again!) the way the entities are encoded since IE
6 doesn't seem to support &apos;

Now the only entities encoded by Petal are &, < and ". This seems to
work OK.

William, I have been thinking about your &nbsp; problem. Do you get the
problem only with Petal::Parser::HTB or do you get it all the time?
