[Petal] Spammers coming this way...

Hi list,

Since the petal mailing list is getting more and more spam, it's going
to be changed to a closed list where only people who are subscribed can
post. That's a shame but I guess there's no way around this...

On a side note, sorry for the lack of activity on Petal development, I
have a lot of other work to do, but I promess I'll be back on it soon :)
