[Petal] Petal 0.83 Released

I have to say yes on the XMLC thing, also.

My co-worker recommended it, and I looked and it almost seemed great.

I instantly looked back to Perl for a pure XML compliant templating system,
and found Petal.

I don't even use Petal, I just like it, so subscribe to the list :)
