[Petal] Can't use hyphen in element tag?

Greetings Ron,

I've been working with Petal since the beginning and haven't heard
anything like this; however, I'm primary using its HTML::Parser
interface. Jean-Michel usu. responds quickly to bug reports but you've
sent the message a bit too late for his timezone. I suspect you'll hear
from him tomorrow though. That is an interesting predicament and one
that I would suspect is a bug.
