[Petal] Intro and Link Error in Petal.pm

Just joined the list and am looking forward to working with this.

I noticed that the Pod for Petal.pm when displayed in HTML on the CPAN 

  http://search.cpan.org/author/JHIVER/Petal-0.73/lib/Petal.pm

creates a bad link on line 487 

  #487 there: http://www.zope.org/Wikis/DevSite/Projects/ZPT/TAL. In order to

do to the fact that the link ends with a '.' thus generating the following
HTML 404 link:

   <a href="http://www.zope.org/Wikis/DevSite/Projects/ZPT/TAL.">
