[Petal] Petal warning message

Hi Jean-Michel,

The new release sounds excellent. I'll try it out soon. In the meantime, I 
have a question about a warning message I'm seeing in my logs. The message 
is:

Petal modifier encode: is deprecated at 
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/Petal/Hash.pm line 149.

It would have been helpful to indicate which template has the offending 
encode modifier, but I can grep for it. I'm guessing this error got added 
during one of the recent updates where you made all output encoded. I'm 
guessing it's safe to remove all encode: modifiers now?
