So the CSS quote problem was in HTMLWrapper instead of HTML::Parser? Or 
was this a different bug? Just curious.

In regards to the HTML comments error I report last week, Petal is no 
longer putting the opening comment at the beginning of my file. However, 
it's removing the HTML comment altogether. Interesting approach but what 
if someone needed to have an HTML comment included in the file? Although I 
can't give any compelling reasons why anyone would need an HTML comment 
passed through, It seems a bit extreme to strip it away like a Petal 
comment.
