[Pangloss] Pangloss-0.05 released

Hi all,

A number of small bug fixes have gone into Pangloss after last week's 
meeting with Dan & Njomeza.  As usual, you can find the latest version

     +	fixed multiple-selected items bug (both uri encoded & post) on 
users,
	concepts, languages and categories pages
     +	generalizd uri match in header.html
     +	"Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8" HTTP header now set
     +	fixed empty document filter & related bugs
     +	de-linted html, verified xhtml

I've also successfully tested Pangloss with Petal-1.10_05 on my local 
machine.
