[Pangloss] status update

Hi all,

Thought I'd write and let you know I'm still bashing out the tech spec. 
  Pushed back some as looking into OpenFrame took me longer than I'd 
expected.  I'm about 90% done - *might* have a copy ready by the end of 
the day with any luck.

You'll be pleased to know I'm doing it in Html not Word, so everyone 
should be able to read it :).
