[Pangloss] Which version of Apache?

Hi,

Again, perhaps another trivial question:  Which version
of Apache should be used?

I reckon 1.3.x is prolly best - the world hasn't switched
over to 2.x yet.  This means maintaining 2 apache servers
which may not even be possible if they're trying to bind to
the same ports...

The good news is that OpenFrame will play nicely with both
mod_perl 1.x and 2.x with minimal changes in code.  So
upgrading to Apache 2 should be easy in the future.
