I'm afraid you have sent your question to the wrong list. This purpose of this list is to help people who are having technical problems viewing the content on the Multikulti site http://www.multikulti.org.uk/.
However, my guess is that your problem arises because of the lack of good unicode support in win 95. You may find that your content was encoded in a windows proprietary encoding e.g. 'win-1256 arabic'.
