Message = I have windowsXP installed on my computer and a databse that was created in office97 on a win95 amchine. now when i try to open the databse in office xp it displays unknown characters. If i want to type something new it is fine but the old entries in tables are still shown as un known characters.

Please help me in this, if there is a solution for this.
