Chris, 

This is now fixed, checked-in and running again on FC3, so please 
update and give it another whirl.

One issue I noticed was that you will need to manually create 
$mk_home/output before you run the indexer script. You should 
get a file named 
com.mkdoc.store.LocalRepositorySubjectManager.rdf output there. 
This is the Sesame RDF/XML repository.
