[MKSearch-dev] Week 37 round up

A very brief retrospective on last week. I didn't spend much time on 
MKSearch because I finally launched the Metacentric service, 
shameless plug:

I could only spare a half day on Thursday to update the JavaDoc 
comments on the various schema package classes I modified the week 
before. Also cleaned up various sections of code that are no longer 
used, rationalised method signatures in the QueryBuilderTag, and 
introduced a new AbstractApplicationProfileTest.
