[MKSearch-dev] Initial Web spider selection

I've completed my review of spidering tools for MKSearch and have 
selected J-Spider as the prime candidate for detailed trials and 
investigation. In terms of architecture, scope, flexibility and 
source quality it is a very nice piece of work. JoBo is my second 
choice, but I'm seeking verification of the licence terms.
