[MKDoc-modules] MKDoc::Text::Structured 0.2 released

Seems I'm getting a grip at text formatting :)

This new version lets you write the following XHTML subset:

Titles (as h1)
========

Sections (as h2)
==========

Sub-sections (as h3)
----------------------------

* Lists
* Including
  1. Nested
  2. Ones

 > quoted text becomes <blockquote>
 > > Including nested quoted text

  indenting some text
  turns it into preformatted text

definition lists:
  are written like this.

it's easy:
  and it seems to make some sense!

and of course paragraphs, including /emphasized text/,
_more emphasized text_, and *strong text*.


I have added quite a few tests, but doubtlessly there will be some 
bugs... I'm awaiting for your numerous bug reports and other fan-mail :-)
