Also the listing of child documents on the print version did contain
links to hidden documents, I have fixed this in CVS and also
commented out the listing of child documents on the print version
because I think it's confusing for people.

One other problem with the print version is that mozilla never uses
it, due to this (old) bug:

I've got bored waiting for this to be fixed so I think I create a
print media CSS and then Mozilla can use that, the only drawback
with this is that it will result in mozilla users getting a
different print version from IE users, but this happens already so
it's no worse in this respect...
