[MKDoc-dev] 1.8 [BUG] 'new' document form has duplicate languages

To create a new MKDoc document, editors go to the /.admin.new URI 
which activates the flo::plugin::Admin::New plugin and the 
/admin/new template. 

This URI has a form with various fields to complete: Title, 
Description, Keywords and Language - With MKDoc-1.8 the language 
field has all languages (other than english) repeated many times.

The page also takes a very long time to load.
