OK, it took a bit longer that expected, but I have done a brief run down
of what I generally do to intergrate soupermail (which is like formmail)
into MKDoc:

  http://www.mkdoc.org/docs/howto/soupermail/

It is probably full of spelling mistakes and typos, shout if you spot
any!

Also if anyone else wants to help with documentation just set up an
account on the site and request to be given editor permissions.

The same principal of using a ScriptAlias should work for other scripts
also.

I also seem to have discovered a MKDoc 1.8 bug -- © copyright symbol
corruption - see the page footer, this is a but that has come up _many_
times and it is due to some UTF-8 problem somewhere in the code, I
thought it was fixed, perhaps this site is running some old versions of
modules perhaps?
