hi all,

here's my todo list:

- finish test cases by adding meta information to link all tests, 
- add test cases for browser specific attribute values, and presentational attributes
- add checks for dtd required attributes
- cross-check tests are "reasonable" with other sources (blooberry,
  robschluter, etc)
- compare and add tests (which are testable) from competitive products
  (htmlvalidator, sitemorse, etc)
- validate and weblint tests

each new test adds functionality to webxray -- since i add new tests to
the css. they also get added to the summary documentation, which creates
a comprehensive lookup reference.
