[webarch-xen1] xen1.webarch.net maintenance work tonight

Hi 

We are going to be performing some maintenance to increase performance
on the virtual servers hosted on xen1.webarch.net, tonight after
midnight, which will result in some downtime, we hope to keep this to a
minimum.
