[Petal] 1.10_02 Released

Hi List,

New test release... I've removed the dependency on Encode, although it
might use it if you're running 5.8.x

So... please test! Let me know if anything is wrong. If things are OK
I'll release it as a stable version.

I also released two modules for backwards compatibility:

Petal::Parser::XP  - For XML::Parser
Petal::Parser::HTB - For HTML::TreeBuilder

If for some reason you don't like the default MKDoc::XML parsing, you
can use these modules - they have the same parsing code as in Petal
1.06.
