[Petal] [WEIRD] Strange stuff with HTML Entities

Hi Mark,

I tested your template on a system with Petal 1.10_09 and on a system
with Petal 1.06. In neither case did I get the   being converted
into ?. The   entities appeared to be converted into spaces whereas
the > entities were left alone which seems suspicious. Hopefully
Jean-Michel can shed some more light on the issue.
