[Petal] Petal 2.00 released

Hi List,

Since "version numbers are cheap" and since this version *can* break
backwards compatibility for those using f*cked XHTML, I've made it
reluctantly version 2.00 - but this is simply Petal 1.10_09.

I've also put a big warning at the top of the docs about backwards
compatibility - so hopefully it won't cost Petal users too much time :)
