[Petal] GPG signing of CPAN modules

Hi

I have just installed CPANPLUS and one of the best things is that it can
be set to just use passive FTP :-)

Also it has an optional feature of checking the GPG signature of CPAN
packages using Module::Signature:

At some point it would be nice if Petal was GPG signed :-)
