[Petal] Petal and Adobe GoLive 5.0

Hi All,

I modified my elements.cdtd file so that GoLive 5.0 now recognizes the Petal
attribute set, the xmlns attribute and the XInclude element set.  GoLive now
validates Petal templates with no syntax warnings.  So far I have not had
any problems with GoLive corrupting anything when saving the template files.
If anyone is interested, I can post a copy of this file or the Perl SAX
machine that I used to make the modifications.
