[Petal] [BUG] Namespace documentation bug

Hi

The main documentation has a bug:

  $ perldoc Petal
  <snip />

           <html xml:lang="en"
                 lang="en‐"
                 xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"
                 petal:xmlns="http://purl.org/petal/1.0/">

The above should be:

           <html xml:lang="en"
                 lang="en"
                 xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"
                 xmlns:petal="http://purl.org/petal/1.0/">

Note that xmlns comes first and also there shouldn't be a trailing - on
the lang attribute.
