[Petal] HTB and entities

Hi List,

I'm seeing some odd characters being output when running Petal 2.01 with
Petal::Parser::HTB. It seems that the &nbsp; entities are being
converted to an "Â" character (this is not an entity and I don't know
what it will look like on other systems).

I've attached an example script and template for testing. BTW, is there
any way to have Petal use a string instead of an external file for the
template?
