[Petal] More test failures

Well, now that I've got all the required modules installed, I'm getting
the following errors while running the tests:

Failed 7/45 test scripts, 84.44% okay. 46/288 subtests failed, 84.03% okay.


The machine is a Debian Woody system. My local server here in the office
is also a Woody system and I had no problems upgrading Petal to 1.03.
Any ideas what I may be missing on the fresh install that would cause
the above tests to fail?
