[Petal] [BUG?] All comment tags are removed?

I've been looking into this a little bit and it seems that there's no 
obvious way to get comments back from the XML::Parser in Stream mode. 
XHTML parsing is not affected though.

Ah well, I guess XML::Parser IS deprecated after all, and that the next 
thing to do with Petal is to use the SAX API... That's a good project 
for AFTER my holidays
