Actually, I saw a reference to in on the Perlmonks.org chatterbox. I'm always collecting information on web publishing type things so I pounced on it. Things that interested me in particular were:

* Not joined at the hip with mod_perl
* small amount of CPAN module requirements
* Zope/TAL tie in
