[Petal] [BUG] Petal - uninitialized value warning

Hi,

I'm getting a lot of 'uninitialized value' warnings from Petal in 
general.  These may eat up space in the log files.  Here's a specific 
case:

  mkdoc-site $ perl $MKDOC_HOME/t/031*
  .
  .
  .
  [Tue Oct  8 16:39:33 2002] 031..flo-plugin-Account-Remove.pl: Use of 
  uninitialized value in concatenation (.) or string at 
  /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/Petal/Canonicalizer/XML.pm line 58.
