Count it as a bug then. You should be able to see it happen using the 0.3 or 0.3a 
bug reports I sent which use the register_reply.tmpl form. BTW, when can I get a 
copy of 0.4? Do you maintain a CVS that is accessible to anonymous users? Have 
you considered making this a SourceForge project?
