[Petal] Documentation question/suggestion

Jean-Michel,

First a question--how does one use the new string: modifier? I didn't see 
that documented.

And next, a silly suggestion for the documentation in the XML Declaration 
Syntax.

Change the following:
  <?petal:condition name=":false user/is_birthay"?>
    What?! It's not your birthday?
    Maybe tomorrow...

to:
  <?petal:condition name=":false user/is_birthay"?>
    What?! It's not your birthday?
    A very merry unbirthday to you!

Gotta love Lewis Carrol!

PS- I appreciate the mention in the docs <g>. I notice it's been changing 
lately <g>.
