I've uploaded my modified template set:

Differences from the existing templates:

    * XHTML 1.0 Transitional

    * Tables-for-layout replaced with structural <div> markup

    * metal: macros instead of xi: includes

    * All fragments (header, footer and error messages) are now
      macros in a single fragments.html resource file

    * <font> tags etc.. replaced with CSS classes

    * Some help/hint text added

Functionally this should be identical to the existing set of
templates.

The included CSS is *extremely* basic, it hasn't been designed for
anything other than picking out the different elements in different
colours.
